We collect the following data:

• Account data: email address, password (hashed), registration date.
• Billing data: payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
• Website data: your company name, activity, contact details, texts and images you provide to generate your site.
• Browsing data: IP address, pages visited, session duration, via PostHog and Google Analytics (with consent).
• Marketing data: advertising performance data via Meta Pixel (with consent).

Your data may be shared with the following providers, strictly within the limits of the purposes described above:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States) — transfer governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database) — transfer governed by the SCCs.
• Stripe Inc. (payments, United States) — PCI DSS certified.
• Anthropic PBC (AI generation, United States) — your content data is processed to generate your website.
• PostHog Inc. (analytics, United States) — covered by the SCCs.
• Meta Platforms Ireland (advertising) — with your prior consent.

5. Retention period

• Account data: duration of the subscription + 3 years after account closure.
• Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Browsing data (analytics): 13 months maximum.
• Advertising data (Meta Pixel): in accordance with Meta's policy (180 days).

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
