Question 1

My menu changes often. Do I have to start over?

Accepted Answer

No. In the editor, you replace your menu file (a new PDF or a new photo) and your website’s Menu section shows the new version. Text, photos and opening hours can also be edited in one click, or just ask the AI assistant.

Question 2

I don’t have a PDF menu.

Accepted Answer

A photo taken with your phone is enough (6 MB max). No menu at all? Skip the step: the AI simply asks you the questions (specialities, opening hours, contact details) and builds the site from your answers.

Question 3

Can I hide my address?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Food truck, caterer, home kitchen: hide your exact address and the map and Directions button will only use your town.

Question 4

Can guests book or order online?

Accepted Answer

There’s no built-in online booking or ordering module. Your “Call to book” buttons start the call straight from your guest’s phone, and you can point a button to WhatsApp, an email or any link you choose (for example your existing booking page). A contact form can also be switched on.

Question 5

What if I don’t like the result?

Accepted Answer

Creating and previewing your website costs nothing. Switch between the four themes, edit any text or photo by clicking on it, or ask the AI assistant. You only pay if you decide to publish, and the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time.

Question 6

How long does it really take?

Accepted Answer

Allow a few minutes of conversation. Reading your menu takes up to a minute, and generating the website between 30 seconds and a minute.

Question 7

Can I use my own domain name?

Accepted Answer
